Who we are
Since 1994 we have managed the day of the event details for literally hundreds of parties such as wedding, bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs and first communions. Our team of trained and experienced "Red Coat Ladies" will make sure that, on the day of your big event, every detail is attended to so you can relax, celebrate and enjoy your guests. You can be confident that your "Red Coat Lady" will be thoroughly prepared to oversee any and all aspects of the day. Your Red Coat Lady is prepared to handle any situation - both expected and unexpected.

What we do
One of our "Red Coat Ladies" will meet with you well in advance of the event to discuss your plans and needs. We will tailor our services according to your specific requirements. We will discuss in detail:
- Vendors - confirm details of each and every contract including setup and departure time, facility needs, tear down, payment schedule
- Timing of the day - develop a schedule of your entire day so that all vendors and guests are in sync
- Clean-up - When you're saying goodnight to your guests, the Red Coat Ladies are busy packing up all of your treasures such as centerpieces, memory books, signs, Ketubah. We pack everything carefully in our van and bring them safely to your house that night.
We make sure everything is well-coordinated. Based on our experience with all the complexities of a major party, we can can prompt you if something may have been forgotten. We can be at your event to oversee the setup and we will stay to help after the event winds down.
